Carmen Vidales Molina was born in Lleida in 1972, into a hotel family, and bears the seal of the now-defunct “Oasis” restaurant, a cornerstone of traditional Lleida gastronomy.
Passionate and a lover of “good food”, understood as a space of identity, coexistence and enjoyment, Carmen is a specialist in gastronomic initiatives and businesses. From the promotion and project of experiences and spaces; going through operational, economic and management audits; feasibility and profitability studies and trials; management, organization and training of personnel; to offline and online marketing and communication projects, among others, Carmen Vidales is a reference for all territories, companies and professionals who wish to undertake and understand the world of restoration.
