David Mora, B.A. M.A. in tourism, currently PhD candidate also in tourism studies, is the coordinator of the master’s degree in Food Tourism at Basque Culinary Center, Spain. He started his career as a front-desk agent and since 1999, he has been working for different consultancy agencies. In 2013 he went solo under the brand Emoturismo, where he also blogs. Much of his consultancy work has been devoted in the most recent years to food and wine tourism. Nevertheless, he is known for his interdisciplinary engagement with this industry. David has also a long teaching experience as a lecturer in several Universities and Business Schools.
