Synopsis:

If you're a travel agency, hotel or bus company, you might feel a little lost when you hear the terms "big data", "virtual reality" or "artificial intelligence".“. I would like to help you: all these terms have nothing to do with your business. We will analyze how the digital revolution replaces the “old-fashioned wholesale travel agency” with a complex value chain, in which your role is to provide local content and promote it to global apps and services (like Apple’s Siri, Google Maps or Tesla cars) through specialized platforms. It is these apps and services that have to work with artificial intelligence, big data and all that. Understanding and finding your place in this value chain is the most sustainable strategy. Establishing powerful relationships with your partners within this ecosystem is the way to survive the digital revolution. I will demonstrate this with many real examples from around the world.

I will demonstrate it with numerous cases which we have had around the world.
